Pinsa Bun

Crunchy on the outside and incredibly soft and fluffy on the inside. Made with the traditional blend of rice, soya and wheat flour. Perfect airy and easy-to-digest alternative to authentic traditional pizza dough.

Please allow all frozen products to defrost before use.

  Preparation via a fan/blower oven
Bake for about 4 - 6 minutes with 10% moisture at 220 - 240°C with minimum blow setting.   

  Preparation via a professional pizza/stone oven

Bake for about 3 - 4 minutes at 290 - 300°C with a heat regulation of 30% bottom / 70% top. 

  Preparation via a consumer oven 

Bake for about 5 - 6 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 - 220°C.


Baking advice depends on type of oven and topping.


Serving suggestion

Make the Pinsa Bun with burrata, Parma ham, balsamic cherry tomatoes and basil.
