Usage

Please allow all frozen products to defrost before use.   

   Preparation via a fan/blower oven
Bake for about 10 - 12 minutes at 180 - 200°C.  Heat to 75°C in the core for at least 2 minutes.  

 Microwave preparation

About 2 - 4 minutes at 800 watts.

  Preparation via a consumer oven

Heat for about 10 - 12 minutes at 200°C.
