Cooking via oven with steam function
Heat for about 3 - 5 minutes with 30% liquid at 180 - 200°C. Heat to 75°C in the core for at least 2 minutes.
Preparation via a pan
Heat for about 4 - 6 minutes over medium-high heat. Fry on both sides.
About 2 minutes at 750 watts.
