Poached Egg

A ready made poached egg, easily prepared and ready to serve.

  Preperation in an oven with steam possibility

Preheat the oven to 90 - 95°C with 100% of steam. Put it into the oven for  3 to 5 minutes, the core temperature needs to be 75 °C for at least 2 minutes. 

 Preperation in a saucepan

Put a saucepan on medium heat and bring water to a boil. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes.

  Preperation in a microwave

Put in a microwave for 2 minutes to 750 Watt.


Recipe suggestion

Poached egg with smashed avocado, lemon zest and black sesame. Or a classic Egg Benedict with Hollandaise sauce and brioche bread.
