Useage

Please allow all product to thaw before useage.

  Preperation in an oven with steam possibility
Preheat the oven to 180 - 200°C with 30% of steam. Put it into the oven for  3 to 5 minutes, the core temperature needs to be 75 °C for at least 2 minutes.  

  Preperation in a pan

Put a medium frying pan on medium heat and fry for 4 to 6 minutes.

  Preperation in a microwave

Put in a microwave for 2 minutes to 750 Watt.

The scrambled eggs hold up excellently e.g. in an aubain marie serving unit at the hotel breakfast buffet.
