 Preparation via a fan/blower oven

Bake for about 3 - 4 minutes with 10% moisture at 220 - 240°C with minimum blow setting. 

 Microwave preparation

About 2 minutes at 800 watts

Serving suggestions

Amazing to serve as a stack with maple syrup, a knob of butter and some icing sugar.
