Usage

Please allow all frozen products to defrost before use.    

  Preparation via a fan/blower oven

Bake for about 4 - 6 minutes with 10% moisture at 220 - 240°C with minimum blow setting.

  Preparation via a professional pizza/stone oven

Bake for about 3 - 4 minutes at 290 - 300°C with a heat regulation of 30% bottom / 70% top. 

 Preparation via a consumer oven

Bake for about 5 - 6 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 - 220°C.

 

Serving suggestion

Top our focaccia beetroot with roasted grapes, burrata, shaved fennel and toasted fennel seeds.
