It is the perfect base to prepare your pizza! Our bases are prepared with 24h risen dough and shaped by hand. Pre-baked in a stone oven for the best baking results.

Usage
Please allow all frozen products to defrost before use.
Preparation via a fan/blower oven
Bake for about 5 - 7 minutes with 10% moisture at 220 - 240°C with minimum blow setting.
Preparation via a professional pizza/stone oven
Bake for about 4 - 6 minutes at 290 - 300°C with a heat regulation of 30% bottom / 70% top.
Preparation via a consumer oven
Bake for about 5 - 6 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 - 220°C.
Baking advice depends on type of oven and topping.
Serving suggestions
Top our base with Parma ham, fresh pesto, capers, burrata, rocket and basil.
